Food & Beverage - Pricing includes: Disposable Serving Utensils, Disposable Cutlery, Paper Cocktail Napkins & Disposable Plates. - All hot items for breakfast and lunch menus will be presented in disposable chaffers - All beverages will include disposable cups & ice. Placing Orders - We require a 48 hour advanced notice for all orders & events. Service Payments - Credit Card payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discovery will be accepted prior to delivery. Cancellations & Guarantees - A final guarantee will be required 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. - If cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, 100% of total anticipated revenue based on food & beverage minimums are due within 7 days. - If a cancellation is made 8 or more days from the date of the scheduled event there will be no cancellation fee.
